The 'SexyBack' star also warns the band to make sure they are around people they can trust.
Justin Timberlake has offered his advice to One Direction and urged the UK boy band to surround themselves with "good people".
The 'Suit & Tie' singer says the best advice he can offer to the world famous group is to make sure they are around people they can trust, as well as to make sure they enjoy themselves.
"They look like they are having the best time," Justin told the Sunday Mirror over the weekend. "I can relate to where they are in life.
"I haven't really met them but they seem like great guys and I wish them only good things," the 'SexyBack' singer explained. "I live my life surrounding myself with good people and people I can trust so I would say that's important.
"And they should never take anything too seriously," Justin added.
