Justin Timberlake's Music Return Will Not Feature N*Sync Reunion, Says Lance Bass

The 'Cry Me A River' singer is not looking to join forces with his old boyband mates anytime soon.

Justin Timberlake's former N*Synce bandmate Lance Bass has ruled out speculation that his return to music may pave the way for a reunion of the 90s boyband.

The 'SexyBack' star surprised the world earlier this year when he announced details of a new album and released new single 'Suit & Tie'.

"I don't think we're doing anything," Lance revealed to Life & Style when questioned on a possible reunion. "I don't think [a reunion] would happen. Everyone is doing their own thing."

He continued: "Justin's doing his thing. I don't think he would have a moment off to do an N*Sync album. He's the busy one."

Justin made his first live appearance of his musical return during the Super Bowl weekend on Saturday night (2nd February) and will head to the Grammy Awards this upcoming weekend.

"I won't be there, but I'm excited to see a little 'Suit & Tie' performance. It's going to be good," added Lance as he wished the 'What Goes Around' star well on his performance.

Other stars taking to the stage include Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and a special collaboration between Rihanna, Bruno Mars and Sting.

The Grammys 2013 take place live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles on 10th February.
