The 'Price Tag' singer says she'll never take a seat on The X Factor panel because the show is too cruel.
Last weekend she appeared on The X Factor at the judges' houses with Tulisa Contostavlos, where she helped whittle the bands down to the final four.
But she has said she wouldn't consider returning as a fully fledged judge.
"I don't support The X Factor putting through people that are just going to be made a laughing stock," she told The Sun.
"That is one of the reasons why I won't be a judge. That is not how I think the industry should be.
"I was there to support Tulisa. I was just very blunt with her. This industry is about the work ethic.
"If they have got the talent but not the work ethic then it may not work. The music industry isn't just puppy dogs and rainbows. It is hardcore."
