The 'Domino' singer pays tribute to the late star via her Twitter account.
Jessie J has added to the hundreds of tributes which have poured in from the musical world following the news of Whitney Houston's death yesterday (11th February).
The 'Price Tag' star took to her Twitter account earlier today to offer her thoughts on the tragic news.
She tweeted: "I think today was the most emotional day of my career... I am lost for words and so overwhelmed. Whitney I sing because of you and will continue to do so in your honour always and forever. X"
The star had earlier taken to the stage at the Clive Davis pre-Grammys party and dedicated her performance of 'Who You Are' to Whitney.
Jessie joins the likes of Rihanna, Katy Perry, Olly Murs and JLS who have also offered their own tributes to the late star.
Whitney Houston was widely regarded as one of the greatest female singers of all time.
In 2009, the Guinness World Records cited her as the most-awarded female act of all time.
As of 2010, Whitney had won 415 awards for her music, including six Grammy Awards and sold over 70 million albums and singles.
