The 'Who You Are' singer says she wil take the US star up on his offer for them to sing together.
Jessie J says she "100%" wants to work with US singer and rapper Trey Songz on a collaboration, and is hoping she gets the chance to sing with him during her upcoming stay in Los Angeles.
The 'Domino' star has reciprocated the 'Simply Amazing' singer's desire to work with her, after he recently told Capital he thinks Jessie has a "phenomenal voice" and would love to get in the recording studio with her.
"Trey's cool man, we talk, he's a really cool guy," Jessie revealed exclusively to Capital FM. "I definitely 100% want to work with him.
"Whether he'll be on this album or not is often not up to us because it's about timing and stuff," Jessie explained. "But I'm actually going to LA soon for quite a long time, so I'm hoping that he can be there at some point in the studio while I'm there and we can sing together."
Trey was back in the UK recently to promote his brand new album 'Chapter V', which was released back in August this year.
As well as confirming she would love to work with Trey in the near future, Jessie has also suggested that a collaboration with fellow UK star Ed Sheeran may be on the cards in the coming months.
Jessie revealed to Capital that she has already penned a song that would be perfected for their long-awaited team-up, and promises the song would be an "amazing duet" if she can find time to meet the 'Lego House' star in the studio to record it.
