Jessie J On Tom Jones: "It's Humbling To Be Accepted By Him"

The 'Nobody's Perfect' singer says she and the 'Delilah' singer are learning a lot from each other.

Jessie J says she loved getting to bond with fellow The Voice UK vocal coach Sir Tom Jones while working together on the show.

The 'Domino' singer says even though they come from very different places musically they get on very well, and says he was easy to talk to.

"I remember him for 'Not Unusual' and 'Sex Bomb' but everyone knows who he is, even if you don't really know his music," Jessie told The Sun this week.  "He's just one of those names that's always been up there with, you know, UK talent.

Despite their age difference the 'Who You Are' singer says the two have talked a lot about what she is interested and how her music is developing.

"It was really nice that he's been part of a completely different musical background but he's interested in knowing about the things that I have to do now as an artist."

She added: "All of us are learning from each other. It's very nice, very humbling, to be accepted by someone like Tom Jones and for him to go, 'Jessie, how do you think I should sing this bit?'

Jessie J and Sir Tom Jones joins will.i.am and The Script's Danny O'Donoghue on the vocal coach line-up for BBC One's The Voice UK, which continues this Saturday (31st March).
