The 'Who's Laughing Now' star says she will continue to work on her second studiorecord in Los Angeles this week.
Jessie J has revealed that she will continue to work on her new album this week as she heads to the Grammy Awards.
The star has been taking to her Twitter account recently to let her fans know that she has started the recording process and is looking forward to continuing her work.
Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: "I was in the studio last week and am going back to LA on Thursday for the Grammys. I'll do more out there."
The 'Price Tag' singer also revealed that she wants to take her time with the record and is "excited" to hear what she creates.
"It's weird as the whole world is watching me going: 'When is it coming? It's so different from the first time. Then I was like 'I'm doing an album and no-one knows about it'."
"Now everyone keeps asking what it's about, but I haven't written it yet. I'm excited that I don't know what it sounds like. It's good pressure."
The star also confessed that she will try to ensure she doesn't take on too much as she can easily worry herself with people's expectations of the record.
She added: "If I take on too much of the expectations from my fans, the world and the media I think I'd start to get a bit worried."
"I think if I chill and do what I do best, if I write about things I experience from my heart, that I think the world wants to hear, then it'll work."
Meanwhile, the star has been confirmed to perform alongside such acts as Ed Sheeran, JLS and Sir Paul McCartney at a concert to celebrate The Queen's Diamond Jubilee in June.
