Jessie J Hits Back At "Untrue" Allegations About Her Sexuality

The 'Price Tag' singer says her fans shouldn't believe any of the tabloid reports about her private life.

Jessie J has hit back at claims she lied about being bisexual and insists the current tabloid rumours are simply "another boring untrue story".

The 'Domino' singer made headlines this morning (19th April) following claims in the unauthorised biography Jessie J: Who's Laughing Now, written by Chloe Govan, that Jessie is a lesbian and had been urged by her record label to claim she was simply bisexual.

"It's funny how many people I've dated/slept with that 've never even met according to the tabloids," Jessie tweeted this afternoon, to set the record straight with her fans. "BUT what's that?! *whispers because its a secret* I'm really a lesbian?! Ha! Thanks for writing yet another boring untrue story.

"I thought I was still dating Tinie, NO Ellie G, No Mark Wright....bla bla bla! #cantkeepup #noneofitstrue," Jessie also posted.

Last week Jessie spoke candidly about her sexuality in an interview with Glamour magazine where she insisted "sexuality doesn't define you" and confirmed she has been with both men and women in the past.

The 'Who You Are' star is currently in Los Angeles working on the follow-up to her 2011 debut album and has told fans she won't be on Twitter much while she is in the studio to "avoid distractions".

Jessie J unveiled the music video for her David Guetta collaboration 'LaserLight' earlier this month, which features on the platinum edition of her album 'Who You Are'.
