This year's event will return to the Royal Albert Hall, with Florence & The Machine also set to perform.
Jessie J and Example are among the acts set to perform at the Teenage Cancer Trust gigs in London.
The event will take place at the Royal Albert Hall from 30th March to 3rd April.
The gigs kick off with a headlining performance from Example, while Jessie J will play on 1st April. Other acts on the bill include Florence & The Machine, Pulp and comedian Jason Manford.
The Who's Roger Daltrey CBE, who is a longstanding patron of the charity, said: "Every year my team and I work really hard to make these concerts for Teenage Cancer Trust something special.
"This year is no exception and the line up of artists donating their time and talent is incredible, I hope there's something for everyone."
