The 'Price Tag' singer also says she has an 'unstoppable' fan base and loves all of their support.
Jessie J says she it feels "amazing" to have scored her second number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with latest single 'Domino'.
The 'Who You Are' singer climbed ahead of Flo Rida's 'Good Feeling' yesterday (15th January), putting her in first place with the new release.
"I'm in shock really," Jessie told Rich and Kat during Sunday's show. "Sixth single. I didn't expect this kind of support this far into the album.
The 'Price Tag' singer issued a special thank you to her fans, who she refers to as the heartbeats, and described them as being "unstoppable".
"They are everywhere I go, it's amazing," she explained. "And without them I wouldn't still be putting things out from my debut album and then still doing so well. I thank them for everything.
She added: "I couldn't ask for a better fan base. I love it."
The 'Domino' singer says it has been an "amazing" start to the year, after being nominated in three categories at next month's BRIT Awards 2012.
Jessie has also confirmed plans to record a duet with fellow BRITs nominee Ed Sheeran at some point in 2012.
