J-Lo Set To Land £21m American Idol Deal

Jen embraces single life with huge TV deal in the pipeline.

Sitting pretty this week, Jennifer Lopez is due to secure a £21million deal to continue her position as a judge on American Idol.

Following her recent split with husband Marc Anthony, rumours emerged that she could be leaving the show for good.

TV execs, however, have convinced the singer to rethink and return to the negotiating table.

“We’re in good shape. No worries. No dark clouds on the horizon”, show boss Cecile Frot-Coutaz reassures.

Pocketing £8million last time round her salary is set increase almost three-fold, putting her on par with Simon Cowell who earned £21million a year when he was a judge on the show.
