The 'On The Floor' singer has given some words of advice for the recently appointed stars on the music reality show.
Jennifer Lopez has confessed that she feels "scared" for new X Factor USA judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato because she can remember her own feelings when she began on American Idol.
The 'Dance Again' singer admitted there is a great deal of pressure on the likes of the 'Criminal' singer because it's live TV, but revealed she thinks the star will be "great".
"I feel a little scared for them, because I was scared when I started," she told ET Online. "It's live TV – there's a lot of pressure that goes with it – but I think they'll do great."
When questioned if she had any words of advice she could share with the new judges, J-Lo added: " Just be yourself. I think it's just about really being your true self, not trying to be something that you’re not."
Britney has reportedly signed a £9 million deal to join the series after months of speculation surrounding who would replace Nicole Scherzinger on Simon Cowell's show.
Meanwhile, Jennifer recently opened up on feeling the "baby blues" after the birth of her twines Emme and Max back in 2008.
