The '99 Problems' star has responded to recent stories concerning his holiday to Havana with Beyonce.
Jay-Z has unveiled a new 'Open Letter' track to hit out at recent claims about his trip to Cuba.
The rapper and Beyonce came under fire from Republican lawmakers who accused the pair of not attaining the proper license before their visit.
It was since confirmed by the US treasury that the holiday was legal and had been sanctioned despite the claims.
Jay-Z has now hit out at politicians and those who criticised him for the trip and raps: "They wanna give me jail time and a fine. Fine, let me commit a real crime."
He also opens by declaring: "done turned Havana into Atlanta."
