The '99 Problems' rapper also confirms the July release date of his forthcoming new record.
Jay-Z has announced details of his new album, which will be called 'Magna Carta Holy Grail'.
The record was confirmed during last nights (16th June) NBA Finals match between the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat via a new Samsung advert.
The video also features collaborators Rick Rubin, Timberland, Pharrell Williams and Swizz Beatz as Jay talks about "writing the new rules".
"We don't have any rules. Everyone's trying to figure it out," he says in the clip. "That's why the Internet is like the Wild West."

It has also been revealed that the rapper will be giving away one million copies of the album, released on 4th July, via a special App.
"The album is about, like this duality of how do you navigate through this whole thing, through success, through failures, through all this and remain yourself," he adds.
It's unknown which stars will appear on the record, although he was recently pictured in the studio with Justin Timberlake as well as Nas and Timbaland.
