Jay Z wants to work with Tinie

Jay-Z is keen to help Tinie Tempah make it big in the States.

The rap star already looks after stars like Rihanna and Mark Ronson and said of Tinie, "If he wants to be super and successful he should come to us. Ive been hearing about him."
 
Jay's currently promoting his new Greatest Hits album and his new book Decoded.

Meanwhile he's stunned locals in Bath by popping up in the city working with Kanye West on their new joint record Watch The Throne.
 
Together with Beyonce the trio arrived at Royal Crescent hotel in stretch limos before being spotted browsing antique shops and stopping for coffee in a local cafe.
