Example's pre-tour croissants and Kyle

Example's been warming up for the first night of his tour with croissants a bit of Jeremy Kyle.

The Kickstars star is playing at the UEA in Norwich. The gig is sold out and Example has been tweeting like only Example can this morning.

"Going for a run around Hyde Park. Then croissant and smoothie time. Then train to Norwich for 1st night of the tour. UEA is SOLD OUT!!"

He's also been getting his fill of morning TV before heading out on tour

"I think they should have a one off episode of Jeremy Kyle where the guests wear suits and Jeremy wears a tracksuit."

"I thought I was having some kind of horrible migraine and then I realised I was just watching Michael Ball covering for Loraine".

Example is also perfoming in Preston. Grimsby and Newcastle this week.
