The 'Changed The Way You Kissed Me' star admits his forthcoming record will be heavily rock influenced.
Example has confessed that his new album will contain "huge guitar riffs" on every track and sees him trying to do his best impressions of Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters.
The 'Playing In The Shadows' rapper was answering fan questions backstage at the O2 and revealed what people can expect from his fourth record.
"It's going to be a rock album but produced electronically – every track's got huge guitar riffs. I'm pretty much singing and trying to do impressions of Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters," he admitted.
The 'Stay Awake' star also revealed that he hopes to have the record ready at the end of October or early November.
The rapper recently wrapped up his debut UK arena tour and admitted he felt nervous for the first time in a while on the opening night in Cardiff.
Example is also set to perform at this year's Capital FM Summertime Ball alongside the likes of Coldplay, Katy Perry and Usher.
