The 'Started From The Bottom' singer also says he feels the generation of today "need" the 'Love On Top' star.

Drake has revealed he recorded a collaboration with Beyonce for her new album, and has described himself as a "Beyonce believer".

The 'Take Care' singer says he thinks she is "one of the biggest star ever", and jumped at the opportunity to work with her on her fifth studio album.

"I'm a Beyonce believer," Drake told Ryan Seacrest for a US radio interview this week. "I really believe strongly in her talent and her position in our generation.

"I think she's one of the biggest stars ever, but especially for these girls right now. I feel like they need Beyonce," he explained, before revealing: "I reached out to her and asked if I could come and be a part of her project, and she was kind enough to invite me out there.

"And we did some work together," he confirmed.
