Chris Brown legally allowed near Rihanna

Chris Brown is legally allowed near Rihanna again, after his restraining order was modified.

Yesterday in a downtown Los Angeles court, a judge altered the restraining order imposed on the singer following his brutal beating of Rihanna.

The restraining order was replaced by a 'level one order'.

Radar Online reports Judge Patricia Schnegg said: 'I'm approving the order. You can't annoy, molest or conduct surveillance of the person on the order.'

Rihanna's lawyer said: 'I have spoken with my client, and she does not object to it being modified to a level one order.'
