The 'Turn Up The Music' star will join the likes of The Wanted, Justin Bieber and Usher at the Las Vegas ceremony.
Chris Brown has been announced as the latest star who will perform at this year's Billboard Music Awards 2012.
The 'With You' star will join a host of big name acts already confirmed for the event in Las Vegas including Usher, Justin Bieber, The Wanted, Kelly Clarkson and Nelly Furtado.
The R&B star is also up for a string of awards on the night including Top Male Artist which till take place on 20th May.
Adele, Rihanna and Lady Gaga are among the names dominating this year's nominations which will be hosted by Modern Family co-stars Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell.
Meanwhile, Chris is preparing to release two brand new music videos soon for 'Fortune' tracks 'Sweet Love' and 'Till I Die'.
The singer will release his fifth studio album 'Fortune' on 3rd July.
