will.i.am to re-work Cheryl Cole album

will.i.am is set to re-work Cheryl Cole's album 'Messy Little Raindrops' for the US.

A source told The Sun: 'The record company are keen to spice up a few of the songs and get some remixes on the album.

'Will is going to work his magic by giving the tracks more of an R&B feel as he knows that's what will sell.'

It is thought that Universal is also planning a gruelling cross-country promo schedule for the singer once the album goes on sale in the States.

'Messy Little Raindrops' is also set to get a UK re-release later this year.
