The 'Fight For This Love' singer says she accepts that her weight won't always stay the same.
Cheryl Cole has said she avoids fad diets "like the plague" feels comfortable knowing her weight goes up and down from time to time.
The '3 Words' singer revealed during her interview with May's Marie Claire issue that although she tries to keep fit and stay healthy she struggles with her weight just like anyone else.
"I’m like any other woman. My weight fluctuates," Cheryl revealed. "I have a pair of jeans one size bigger than the others just in case that week I'm a little heavier.
"I work out and try to make healthy choices," the 'Parachute' singer explained. "I try to avoid [diets] like the plague.
She added: "That can get you into a vicious circle. I did when I was younger."
Cheryl Cole wrapped filming on her music video for new single 'Call My Name' in Los Angeles over the weekend, and is expected to return with her third studio album later this year.
