The 'Under The Sun' singer opens up about her new beau during a candid TV interview with Alan Carr.

Cheryl Cole has revealed that she did all the chasing when it came to going out with her new boyfriend Tre Holloway.

The Girls Aloud star joked during an interview on Alan Carr: Chatty Man that she had "cast a spell" over her backing dancer after they first met two years ago.

Asked whether the pair were going out before her current 'A Million Lights' tour or whether she had hired him so she could "pounce in him", Cheryl replied: "A bit of both!"

"I actually met him two years ago. It was me, it was all me. I had to do a little bit of chasing. I cast a spell," she added.

Cheryl's candid interview with Alan Carr comes in the same week that she released her new autobiography Cheryl: My Story.

The singer also told the chat show host that ex-husband Ashley Cole has never apologised for his infidelity during their four year marriage.

"No. Never," Cheryl revealed, when host Alan Carr asked if she had ever received an apology premiership footballer.

"I think for him that would have been like admitting he was as wrong and justified me leaving the marriage," she explained. "Whereas if he isn't say anything he could pretend it wasn't happening."

Cheryl Cole's interview on Alan Carr: Chatty Man airs tonight (12th October) on Channel 4 and her 'A Million Lights' UK tour also continues tonight with a show at the LG Arena Birmingham.
