The 'Call My Name' singer denies recent reports that she is set to tie the knot with the backing dancer.
Cheryl Cole has taken to Twitter to hit out at recent reports she is set to marry her new boyfriend Tre Holloway.
The '3 Words' singer went public with her romance to her backing dancer last autumn and it was rumoured last week that the singer's father had "given permission" to Tre to allow him to pop the question.
Writing on her social networking account, the 'Parachute' star wrote: "Ok.. That's enough silliness now from the media!! I am not, nor am I getting engaged or married! Stop it *Stephen A Smith voice*," then added: "… Its pretty pathetic and very corny!!"
The rumours also came after comments from the Girls Aloud singer's bandmate Kimberley Walsh, who said she thought the couple could "go the distance" during her appearance on the Jonathan Ross show this weekend.
"She's known him for quite a long time. A few years, he danced for her the first time years and years ago. Yeah he's a lovely guy so I'm happy that he makes her happy," she said.
Cheryl divorced Chelsea star Ashley Cole back in 2010 and spoke openly about her marriage breakdown during her 2012 autobiography.
Meanwhile, the singer has recently been seen fronting L'Oreal's new True Match campaign.
