The 'Call My Name' singer will join the likes of Bruno Mars and One Direction at the sold out event in London.

Cheryl Cole has said she wants her performance at this year's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball in London to be "full on".

The event takes place at the O2 Arena on 8th and 9th December, and the Girls Aloud star will take to the stage on the opening night of the annual event.

Speaking to Capital about her performance, Cheryl said: "I want it to be full on. For me, when I go to watch concerts, I want to see everything – dancing, lights, screams – all the stuff that makes such a different to the show like what goes on behind you [and] the production.

"I just want it to all be amazing."

The Jingle Bell Ball line-up for the Saturday also features Bruno Mars, One Direction and JLS. Little Mix, Lawson and The Script will also perform for fans at the O2 Arena.

Tickets for the opening night of this year's Jingle Bell Ball sold out in just 90 minutes after going on sale this morning (5th November).

Cheryl Cole is one of eight stars set to perform at the O2 Arena as part of Capital's Jingle Bell Ball:
