Cheryl Cole's Diet Secrets Revealed

Beyonce's maple syrup diet, secret gym sessions and cigarettes were the key to Cheryl's figure.

A mate of Cheryl's former minder has revealed how Cheryl Cole kept in shape, which included smoking "at least 20 Marlboro a day".

"She did these lemon cleanses where she wouldn’t consume anything except lemon juice and water with a dash of cayenne pepper and maple syrup," the source revealed.

This is the same syrup detox Beyonce used to get in shape for movie Dreamgirls and has continued to do occasionally to keep trim.

Cheryl is said to have visited the gym at 5am every morning to avoid the paparazzi, but despite trying to stick to a healthy regime she's still a sucker for sweets.

"She was big on porridge as a healthy way filling up," the source told the Daily Mail.

"She liked salads and loved sushi but also liked junk food, hamburgers, subway, popcorn, candy, lots of chocolate."

Cheryl is currently working on her new album in LA with her Black Eyed Peas boss will.i.am, who is reportedly lining up collaborations with Usher, Christina Aguilera and David Guetta.
