Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell quit X Factor?

X Factor judges Cheryl Cole and Simon Cowell have reportedly quit this year's X Factor show to concentrate on launching the series stateside according to fellow judge Louis Walsh.

Speaking with the News Of The World, Walsh explained; “It will be me and Dannii (Minogue) on the UK show with two more people.”

The claims come just day's after Fox Network bosses in the U.S expressed their delight and approval at Cheryl joining the judging panel when the show launches.

Back here in the U.K the X Factor has another three years left as part of its current deal however can the music reality show survive without two if it's biggest stars?
