Carly Rae Jepsen To Appear In 90210 New Series

The 'Call Me Maybe' star will perform a new song during her guest cameo on the US series.

Carly Rae Jepsen is set to make a guest appearance on US TV show 90201, it's been announced.

The 'Call Me Maybe' singer will star in the season premiere episode of the long-running TV series on 8th October.

Carly will perform an as-yet-confirmed new song from her forthcoming debut album while headlining Adrianna's La Vegas premiere, the show's producers said.

"We fell in love with her song when we first heard it, and used it in last season's finale before it was a national sensation," executive producers Patti Carr and Lara Olsen said.

"We think she's an exciting artist and are thrilled to be able to have her music on the show again, this time in a live performance in our season premiere."

Carly's debut album, which has yet to be given a release date, will be released last this year.

It is widely expected to feature the Justin Bieber protégé's debut single 'Call My Name', which scored chart success around the world.
