Peas star is 'legally blind'

Black Eyed Peas star apl.de.ap is legally blind.

The rapper has revealed he is suffering from a rare genetic eye disorder known as nystagmus.

It means that the star suffers constant blurry vision and and severe nearsightedness. He told People magazine, "I'm good at shapes. If I'm not close, even if it's big, I can't read it."

Black Eyed Peas were last night nominated for International Group at the BRITs.
