Fergie's charity work honoured
Black Eyed Peas star Fergie looked stunning at Glamour Magazine's 20th Annual Women of the Year gala in New York City.
Wearing a red Zac Posen dress Fergie was honoured for work with breast cancer awareness and AIDS research.
Kate Hudson presented the award and said of Fergie, "She's just full of life, you know, and she's real. So then you kind of have this fabulous stage presence and you have this girl whose just sort of fun and a girl's girl and has all the same insecurities as we all do and she's just a real girl."
Julia Roberts and Donatella Versace also received recognition for their charity work Singer Cher took home Glamour's Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Glamour Women of the Year gala presents awards to ten women from entertainment, business, sports, fashion, and politics.

Singer Cher took home Glamour's Lifetime Achievement Award and spoke of her new movie Burlesque, which also stars Christina Aguilera.
"Christina is really sweet and I think she's good in this film and she worked herself to death. I never saw anybody work so hard", she said.
