Britney Spears to tour with Nicki Minaj?

Britney Spears is reportedly on the verge of signing up Nicki Minaj for her US tour.

The pair are reportedly in 'serious talks' over plans for Nicki to appear as the opening act on Britney's 26 date jaunt, according to TMZ.

It is thought a deal is likely to be reached in the next 24 hours for the rapper to step in for Enrique Iglesias who pulled out earlier this week.

Britney said she was keen to recruit Usher for the 'Til The World Ends' tour instead.

But Nicki would seem the more likely candidate to step in.
