RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the ‘Doncaster Racecourse Saturdays & Lawson breakfast promotion’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run Friday 3rd May 2013 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Yorkshire.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition listeners will need to tune into breakfast on Friday 3^rd May between 6-10am and listeners will be asked to text in the station keyword HIRSTY to 83958 and from all the text entries we will select two listeners randomly to go head to head for the chance to win the VIP raceday package for the winner plus 9 guests.

Eligibility:

4.    The competition is open to listeners aged 18 or over.

5.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

6.    1 x A VIP package for 10 people in their own box accompanied by Adam O’Neill – prize includes a three course meal and limited wine at the table, plus County Enclosure tickets and front of house seats to see the concert after the racing.

7.   The prizes are non transferable and the winner plus guests must be available on Saturday 18^th May from 15:00 .
