RULES

• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘ITV2 Plebs’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 26/09/19 to 13/10/19 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and answer a multiple choice question.
• Entrants must also register their details. 
• Online entry will open at 17:01 on 26/09/19 and close at 23:59 on 13/10/19.
• One winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries and will be contacted by telephone and/or email within 7 days of the competition closing. 

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is restricted to UK residents only
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1 x winner will win an Entertainment Bundle that includes:

• Sony 49 Inch Smart 4K HDR LED TV
• Sony 600W 5.1Ch Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer

Conditions

• There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
• This prize cannot be sold or gifted & will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Global will be supplying the winner’s details to NDL who will fulfil the prize.
  • Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
  • All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
