RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Justin Bieber Competition ("the Competition") which will run on Thursday 21st June between 1900 and 2300 hours (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is The Capital Network.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen out for an on air cue to text in. An Entrant must send a text message with the keyword “Justin” to 83958 (the ‘Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.
4.    Text lines will be closed at 9:30pm.
5.    Only one text entry per person will be counted.
6.    Once the text lines have closed a winner will be selected at random and contact by telephone.
7.    The winner will need to name the full title of each Justin Bieber track played on air in full between 1900 and 2120 hours.
8.    All entrants will be required to talk to the producer/presenter and a call will be recorded with the presenter and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.

Eligibility:
9.    This competition is open to residents of the UK.  All entrants must be aged 16 and over. For the prize at least one person traveling must be aged 21 and over.  
10.    With regards to the main prize, winners and any accompanying person must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday. Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
11.    For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception.
12.    Winners will need to ensure they have travel Insurance, as this is not included in the prize.
