BT Family SIM on Capital Network - December 2016 & January 2017
RULES
 
1.      The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘BT Family SIM’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 27th  December 2016 to Saturday 7th January 2017 on Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
 
2.      Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
 
Details of the Competition:
 
3.      To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Capitalfm.com and register their details.
 
4.      Online entry will open at 06:01 on Tuesday 27th December 2016 and close at 23:59 on Saturday 7th January 2017.
 
5.      Entrants must go online and play our family pairs game before entering their details to enter the competition.
 
6.      From all entrants that played the game and registered their details, one winner will be selected at random.
 
6.      One winner will be drawn at and notified by Global by either email or telephone within 28 working days.
 
Eligibility:
 
7.      Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and have a valid passport.
 
8.      Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
 
Prize:
9.      The prize is a trip to Barcelona for 5 people and includes:
•         Return flights for five people to Barcelona 

•         Return private transfers from the airport to the hotel 

•         2x Nights accommodation at a 4 Star centrally located hotel 

•         Breakfast for five people in the hotel restaurant each morning 

•         Walking tour 

•         Cruise 

•         Helicopter ride 

•         Travel insurance
 
Prize Terms and Conditions:
 
10.  Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Barcelona). Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Includes all taxes, surcharges and one piece of checked baggage per couple.
 
11.  Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers. 

 
12.  Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two triple rooms with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Also includes Tourism Tax for the duration of the winner’s stay, payable locally to the hotel upon check-out. 

 
13.  Walking tour will last approximately 2 hours, cruise will last 
approximately 40 minutes and helicopter will last approximately 6 minutes and are subject to availability. You must bring a current valid passport in order to be able to board the helicopter. Minimum age is 13 years. Children aged between 13 and 15 years must have a guardian travel with them. All travellers between the age of 15 and 18 years require a waiver to be signed by a guardian if they are unaccompanied. Maximum weight is 21 stone. Groups of over 3 may not be on the same helicopter journey.
 
14.  Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. 

 
15.  All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 

 
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
