RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/(the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Take Away’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 28th February 2020 to Friday 28th February 2020 on the Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must Send a text message with the word “TAKEAWAY” to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The lines opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Entrants will be required to listen to an audio clip of items being read out. They will then have 20 seconds to read back as many items as they can. Entrants must correctly read back a minimum of 5 items before the timer runs out to win the prize.
If the caller answers correctly within the time given they will be deemed the winner and notified immediately. If they are incorrect they will be disqualified and we will move on to the next randomly selected caller. This process will continue until a winner is confirmed.
Eligibility:
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.Entry is restricted to UK residents only.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
One winner will receive £150 and a smart TV.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
The prize is non-transferrable. A 32” Smart TV will be delivered within 28 days of the prize being won. Exact make and model of the TV will be confirmed on delivery, is subject to availability and this will be non transferable. Cash will be BACS transferred into the winner's bank account or a cheque will be sent out in the winners name. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
