RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Portsmouth Guildhall radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th November 2019 to Sunday 17th November 2019 on Capital South Coast (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. Entrants must go online to www.capitalfm.com/, register their details and answer the multiple-choice question. Entry opens at 00:00 on Monday 4th November 2019 and closes at 10:00 on Thursday 7th November 2019.

4. One on-air winner will be chosen at random from all the correct and eligible entries up until 10:00 on Thursday 7th November 2019.

5. The winner will be called by the presenters after 10:00 on Thursday 7th November 2019 and told that they have won. This call will be recorded and will be played out during Capital South Coast, Weekend on Saturday 9th November and Sunday 10th November 2019.

6. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

7. Entrants must go online to www.capitalfm.com/, register their details and answer the multiple-choice question. Entry opens at 00:00 on Monday 4th November 2019 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 17th November 2019.

8. One Entrant will be selected at random from all correct entries received.

9. The winner will be contacted by Capital via email after the competition has closed with details of how to redeem their prize.

Eligibility:

10. All Entrants must be age 18 years or over.

11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

12. By entering the on-air Competition you will automatically be included into entry for the online Competition.

13. The winner of the on-air Competition will not be eligible to also win the online competition.

Prizes:

14. Two winners, one on-air winner and one online winner will each receive a pair of tickets to all of the following shows and events coming up at Portsmouth Guildhall in 2020:

•    A tribute to Adele – The Journey so Far - Saturday 25th Jan 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    The Little Mix Experience - Sunday 26th Jan 2020 doors 2:00pm

•    The Music of Prince - Sunday 26th Jan 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    Guildhall Games Fest - Saturday 1st Feb 2020 at 11:00am–4:00pm and 5:00pm -10:00pm, Sunday 2nd Feb 2020 at 11:00am–4:00pm, 

•    Susan Boyle - 15th March 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    Riverdance - 20th March 2020 doors 7.30pm, 21st March 2020 doors 2.30pm, 22nd March 2020 doors 2.30pm - each winner is to select tickets to one of these show times only. Only one pair of Riverdance tickets is included in each the prize

•    Jamie Cullum - 27th March 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    The Joe Sugg & Dianne Buswell show -1st April 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    King of Pop – the world’s leading MJ tribute -17th April 2020 doors 7:00pm

•    Portsmouth Comic Con -  2nd May 2020 at 10:00am, 3rd May 2020 doors 10:00am

15. All shows are subject to availability and date restrictions. 

16. Shows are subject to date restriction.

17. Tickets to shows that the winner is unable to attend can be gifted to family or friends.

18. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

19. Prize delivery will be discussed with the winner.

20. Global reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
