RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘dayinsure wales rally GB’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on 28th September on Capital North West and Wales (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer to 61122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated, and another Entrant selected at random.

5. Ben, Breakfast show presenter and Josh, our drive time presenter on Capital, are going to race around our own track in racer go-karts
· To make it as challenging as possible) we will have this track around the inside and outside of the office
· Ben will go first around the track, and then Josh will go
· The listeners must text in to say who they think will do it in the fastest time by texting in ‘Team Ben’ or ‘Team Josh’
· Ben will bring one listener to air who has guessed the winning team and they will win the top prize. 4 other correct winners will win the other prizes.

6. 5 winners will be chosen at random winner number 1 will win the biggest prize and so on.

7. Winners will be telephoned after they’ve been chosen to told they’ve won their prize

9. Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of [10] entries; any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9. 5 winners in total will win one of the following pair of tickets to the Dayinsure Wales Rally GB event taking place from 4th - 7th October 2018

10. The first and overall winner will receive 1 x pair Llandudno Rally Xtra passes worth £125 per pass, which includes Hospitality on Sunday 7th October.

• Danish pastries on arrival
• Brunch and light afternoon tea - guests will each be given a one brunch voucher and one afternoon tea voucher where you will be able to select from a set menu.
• Tea and coffee throughout the day
• Cash bar facility serving beers, wines and soft drinks
• Unallocated grandstand seat
• Complimentary programme per guest
• Live TV feed with commentary and results

11. The following four winners randomly selected will receive one of the following prizes.

1 x pair World Rally Passes worth £99 per pass which includes:
• Premier 4-day pass provides access to all the stages of the rally, including Thursday's pre-event Shakedown.
• Includes one free car park pass.
• It offers dedicated on-site parking at the Deeside Rally Village (subject to availability) and offers free overnight car parking in the stage car parks where available. It also includes a copy of the Official Programme

1 x pair Thursday day passes worth £28 each

1 x pair Friday day passes worth £28 each

1 x pair Saturday day passes worth £28 each

12. All tickets will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and so winners will need to provide the correct delivery address so someone can sign for them. If no one is home they will therefore need to go to their local sorting office to get them and will need to allow time for this before leaving for the event. We are unable to resend tickets. Paying for them to be sent Special Delivery means we can track them if need be.

13. . Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
