RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/)  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Salford City College Adult Learners CRM Campaign’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 17th September 2018 to Sunday 30th September 2018  on Capital Manchester (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/, answer the question and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 17th September 2018 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 30th September  2018.

4.    One winner will be picked at random from all correct entries at the end of the competition and notified by telephone within 28 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

5.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

6.    One winner will receive the prize of an Apple Macbook Air 13.3”.

7.    The prize will be sent direct to the address the winner has entered when registering.

8.    The prize is subject to availability and in the instance the product is unavailable an alternative prize of the same value will be
       substituted.

9.    The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

10.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
