‘Creamfields’ Competition on Capital Manchester & Capital Lancashire, 2019
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at capitalfm.com (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Creamfields’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run Tuesday 23rd Aril - Friday 26th April on Capital Manchester and Lancashire.
2. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text BAG (the “Text Message Line”) when instructed to by the presenter. Text Messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the line will be given out on air
3. The winner will be chosen at random.
4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
6. There will be 4 x Prizes to be won across the week.
7. Each winner will receive 2 x Standard Camping Weekend tickets for Creamfields 2019.
8. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.
9. All venues have the right to exercise their door policies, for which Global Radio is not responsible.
10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
