RULES

  • The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Lloyds Bank – It’s On Us’ Radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd March 2015 to Friday 27th March 2015 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital London.
  • Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

  • To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the ‘key word’ as read out by the presenters each morning to the text number as announced on-air (the “Text Message Line”).
  • Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
  • Entrants must text the person they would like to thank and their reason/s why. 
  • From all entries received, the Breakfast team will shortlist qualifying entrants based on the following criteria;
    • Most deserving
    • Most engaging
    • Most entertaining
  • The decision made by the Capital Breakfast Team is final.
  • Entrants and the person they have nominated must try and be available for a phone call during the Breakfast show between 0600am -1000am during the competition week. If an Entrant or nominee fails to answer the call, the prize could be forfeited and a new winner will be selected from entries received.
  • In total, 6 prizes will be given away on-air each day.  Winners will be announced on-air each day.

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

  • The prize the winner is awarded is at the discretion of the Capital Programming Team, and that decision is final.
