Following the successful Nov. 1 launch of Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star's Conspiracy collection collab, some fans have reported finding "hairs" in their Conspiracy eyeshadow palettes.
Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star's Conspiracy collection has been one of the most buzzed-about influencer beauty drops of the entire year. The YouTube heavyweights teased the collection for months and previewed the creative process in Shane Dawson's most recent documentary series.
Finally, the highly anticipated collection arrived on November 1 and saw high demand from fans who promptly crashed Jeffree Star's Shopify site in minutes.

Now that the dust has settled and customers have received their products, some fans have taken to social media to report finding "hairs" or "fibres" in their Conspiracy eyeshadow palettes.
While the problem does not appear to be widespread, some customers are sharing pictures and videos on social media that appear to show hair-like fibres embedded inside the eyeshadow pans.
hey jeffree, i love the #ConspiracyPalette but i was swatching “pig-ment” and found a hair like material in it. i just wanted to address the issue and hopefully get it resolved pic.twitter.com/q2bfrhitr4

people found HAIRS in their shane dawson palette
Earlier this year, Jaclyn Hill's lipstick launch was derailed after fans shared video and photographic evidence of small fibres they'd found on their Jaclyn Cosmetics lipsticks. At the time, Jaclyn said the fibres were because of the gloves used by the people handling the lipsticks.
Considering how much attention Jaclyn Hill's doomed lipstick launch garnered, many are calling on drama channels and the pair themselves to address the complaints.

While neither Shane or Jeffree have addressed the "hairy" palettes, Shane has intervened to try and help a fan who complained that they'd received a broken palette.

No launch is perfect and, as it stands, only a small amount of people have complained about finding hairs in their palettes. However, fans are continuing to call on both Shane and Jeffree to speak out on the situation.
