The YouTuber and 'Dance Moms' star hasn't yet released a statement on her makeup kit's asbestos contamination.
A JoJo Siwa makeup set has been recalled from Claire's after testing positive for asbestos. Inhalation of asbestos fibres can lead to fatal lung conditions, including cancer. Yeah… big yikes.

According to reports from People, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued a warning for people to stop using JoJo's makeup kit immediately, after the product tested positive for asbestos. It was also recalled from Claire's.

What is asbestos?
In case you didn't know, asbestos is natural fibrous mineral – and a well known dangerous health hazard – that can be used to make building materials and plastic stronger. Asbestos is banned in many countries, but the US remains one of the last "developed" countries to not ban it.
In the US, many consumer products legally contain traces of the substance and it's still widely used in clothing, millboards, gaskets, cement pipes, pipeline wraps, vinyl floor tiles, disk brake pads and roof coatings.
Yeah, it's probably best stick to rocking our natural beauty for a while…
