RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Dudley College of Technology Day Takeover’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 15th August 2018 to 23rd August 2018 on Capital Birmingham website (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com, answer a question and register their details.  Online entry will open on the 15th August 2018 and close at 19:00 on 23rd August 2018.

4.    One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and will be contacted by Capital.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrant must be 16 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One entrant will receive a 2018 Apple iPad 9.7”, A10, iOS11, Wi-Fi, 32gb, Space Grey

 - Comes with a 2-year guarantee but the winner will need to contact Global first if there are any problems as we bought the product

9.    The prize is subject to availability at the point of purchasing. If this prize is not available then a new tech prize of similar value will be given in it’s place.

10.  The prize will be sent to the winner and will be received within 28 days of them being notified of their win.

11.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
