Both stars deliver emotional tributes to late singer at Clive Davis's party.
Alicia Keys and Jessie J both paid tribute to Whitney Houston at a pre-Grammy Awards party in Los Angles on Saturday night (11th February).
The 'I Will Always Love You' singer died on Saturday afternoon in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Whitney had been due to attend music producer and life-long mentor Clive Davis's pre-show party, which typically marks the start of the countdown to the Grammys.
But following her sudden death, the event was revised into a tribute to the late singer.
Davis told guests: "Simply put, Whitney would have wanted the music to go on and her family asked that we carry on."
Alicia Keys performed a medley of 'Somewhere In A City' and 'Empire State Of Mind', during which she told the audience that she would not have been a performer without Whitney Houston.
Jessie J, who has previously spoken of Whitney's influence on her career, performed an emotional version of 'Who You Are'.
Other guests at the party included Jamie Foxx, Diana Ross, The Kinks and Wiz Khalifa.
The 54th Grammy Awards will take place in Los Angeles tonight (12th February).
