The X Factor judge catches a brief moment of rest during promotion for her new single 'Young'.

Tulisa Contostavlos has been photographed enjoying a nap with her dog during promotion for her new single 'Young'.

The N-Dubz star's PA Gareth Varey posted a picture of the singer relaxing on the backseat of a car.

In the photo, Tulisa's dog can be seen looking at the camera, while Tulisa sleeps in a sky blue tracksuit.

The X Factor judge has been busy in recent weeks gearing up for the release of 'Young', which is the first single to be taken from her forthcoming debut solo album.

In a recent interview with Capitalfm.com, Tulisa promised that her as-yet-untitled album would feature a host of collaborations.

"There will definitely be some collaborations but so far I've just recorded the songs and I'm dealing with the collaborations later on before the album gets packaged," she said.

"I've been enjoying so much not having to collaborate every day because I was being in a band, that I've just been enjoying doing my solo stuff – I really have. I haven’t even thought about it."

Tulisa is set to return to The X Factor judging panel later this year alongside Gary Barlow, who also confirmed his return recently.
