The 'I Found You' star says he is enjoying being able to perform with his bandmates again.

The Wanted's Nathan Sykes says he is "very happy" to be back with the rest of the band after his recent throat surgery.

The 'Walks Like Rihanna' singer underwent an operation to repair a haemorrhaging vocal cord back in April this year, but made his big return to the group at the Capital FM Summertime Ball 2013 this month as a surprise appearance.

Nathan now says his voice is well on the road to recovery and admits it feels great to be able to join the rest of The Wanted on stage once again.

"The operation went really well and I'm at a stage where I can obviously join up with the lads and do a bit of singing, which is great," Nathan revealed, during a press conference for the UK launch of The Wanted Life this week (18th June). "And I"m very happy to be back.

"He did a great ob and we were very proud of him," Nathan's bandmate Max George added, regarding the former's big return at the Summertime Ball 2013. "He's worked really hard."
