The 'Glad You Came' singers will be on the line-up for the annual event alongside Flo Rida and Cody Simpson.
The Wanted have been confirmed to perform at the upcoming Macy's Thanksgiving Parade concert in New York this month.
The 'Gold Forever' stars will be on a line-up which includes Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen and Miami-based rapper Flo Rida.
The annual holiday-themed parade will take place on 22nd November and will be hosted by anchors of NBC's Today Show, Matt Lauer, Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie.
Karmin, Cody Simpson and pop rockers Neon Trees will also be appearing at the event which features an array of huge balloons ushered around the city.
There will also be appearances by some of the US gold medal winners from the London 2012 Olympics as well as chat show host Jimmy Fallon and Santa Clause himself.
Meanwhile, The Wanted are currently workin on their third studio album, which they've hinted will be released in March 2013.
The band will also be heading across to the US this month for the American Music Awards 2012 where they are nominated for Favourite Band, Duo or Group - Pop/Rock.
