The 'Lightning' singers have praised their US fan base for being "really refreshing".
The Wanted have revealed they love how enthusiastic American fans are about their music.
The 'Warzone' singers are halfway through a ten-date tour of the US to promote current album 'Battleground' as well as their first US single 'Glad You Came'.
"The American fans are so optimistic, very intense," Max revealed to MTV news. "They're just really enthusiastic.
"I get a massive buzz off American people. I think it's really refreshing."
Fellow band member Jay McGuiness admitted the band are still surprised by how well fans have reacted to their arrival stateside.
"We were always hopeful it would go as good as it started off to be," Jay revealed. "But you never know how a new territory is going to react. I feel like there is an element of luck involved."
The Wanted will continue their US tour tonight (26th January) with a performance in Chicago, Illinois.
