The girl group gave a live rendition of their latest release on the ITV show.
The Saturdays gave their first ever live performance of new single '30 Days' on ITV's This Morning yesterday (14th May).
The 'All Fired Up' stars were introduced by hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield and took to the stage in an array of summer outfits for the polished rendition.
Singer Una Healy showed off her fabulous post pregnancy figure in her first performance since giving birth to daughter Aoife Belle back in March.
The single managed to break into the top ten of the Vodafone Big Top 40 this week after it was released but couldn't stop Rita Ora claiming her second week at the chart summit.
